Nevin (Part 2)
In the fourth episode of "Ring the Alarm," a special series in partnership with the Advocate Magazine, award-winning journalist Jasmyne Cannick continues with her exclusive look inside Jamaica, one of the world’s most homophobic and transphobic countries.
Jasmyne continues the conversation with Unity Fellowship Church's Reverend Nevin Powell back in Jamaica, where he opened a secret safe house for queer Jamaicans who feared losing their lives because Jamaica continues to be one of the deadliest and most discriminatory countries in the world for LGBTQ people.
